Rondan is the name of the particular vineyard from which the grapes for these wines are cultivated. This winery has developed a reputation for making exceptional wines at about half the price of other independent producers in the area. The grapes are harvested by hand, and temperatures are kept low during fermentation, again ensuring the freshness of the fruit is maintained.

Both the Crianza and the Reserva have the potential to age for quite a few years. The Reserva is made from the very best grapes in the estate, some from vines over 80 years old. These vines produce small quantities, but it is the concentration and quality of the grapes making this wine outstanding.
