Brut Zéro: A house-served, unsweetened Champagne with "à la volée" disgorgement. Aged for 4 years on lees to capture its dry, refined essence. It shines with a bright golden hue, hints of white flowers, and citrus aromas. A distinguished, complex taste with apricot and yellow peach notes. Surprisingly fresh despite lees aging. Perfectly complements contemporary cuisine.
