Domaine Lalaurie T'Wines
Food Pairing
Ripe, fresh citrus fruit flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc and a little stone fruit finish from the Muscat. This is exciting stuff and really great value. Adventurous winemakers like these are the ones who will save us from terminal boredom!

Domaine Lalaurie dates back ten generations. Now fronted by the strong and determined twin sisters, Audrey and Camille, there is a definitive move forward into a new generation of winemaking. The Chateau and family home is located in the quiet village of Ouveillan, 6 km from Narbonne.
Courage has always been the backbone of this family, and there is a long tradition of strong women at work here. Dating back to the 1850's, the time of the phylloxera blight, Audrey and Camille’s Great Great Grandmother saved her three hectares by washing each plant with a bucket of water.
Now expanding over 52 hectares, growing eight different varietals on various soils, the combination of Camille's expertise in Oenology and Audrey's skills in marketing ensure the continuation of the family tradition and the broaching of new horizons into the future.
Domaine Lalaurie
Domaine Lalaurie has 52 HA of vines spread over different soil types. This yields wines that have characteristics specific to each soil type.
