Ecommerce Sales Executive – B2C

Wines Direct is an exciting place to be. Our business continues to grow quickly, and we need an online sales professional to help us continue to lead from the front in the Irish wine market.

Reporting to our Ecommerce manager, you will be driving online B2C sales utilising our CRM platforms. You will love the challenge of a highly competitive market, be invigorated by the chance to promote, and sell an award-winning product range and thrive on opportunities to tell the Wines Direct story in fresh, exciting ways.

The Role:
You will be planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to growing online B2C sales, retaining existing customers and increasing brand loyalty. You will be able to think strategically, act with purpose and work collaboratively to develop and grow the online department.

The Candidate:
The person we seek is a digital marketer with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks and projects is the norm, not the exception.  Someone who responds positively to being constantly challenged to improve the business both in terms of quality and in results.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess many of the following qualities:
Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce
Minimum 2-3 years relatable experience  
A relevant 3rd level qualification
Target driven
The ability to work to deadlines
Highly proficient in Microsoft business suite
Knowledge or passion for the food or wine business

Salary negotiable depending on experience
This exciting role is based in our HQ in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath and/or remotely
