This sparkling prosecco has a fine and long lasting bubble.  In the glass it is a soft straw yellow colour.  Fruity with a touch of golden apple, pear and citrus hints and beautifully refreshing.  Served chilled at 6 - 8 degrees.  Ideal as an aperitif, with fish, salads, vegetable dishes and cheese.
