Collection: Yoan Le Menn

Domaine Horgelus was created in 1978 by Yoan's father, Joseph Le Menn. Breton by origin, he was attracted by the charm of the South West, its gastronomy and its art of living. The domaine is located on a sunny hillside in Gascony, an area renowned primarily for the production of Armagnac, but has now gained a reputation for excellent red and white wines.

This progression started in the 1980's, thanks, largely, to producers like the Le Menn family, who strive to make wines with freshness and ripe fruit flavours as their most important features. He is dedicated to preserving the aroma of the wines by preventing any form of oxidation during vinification.

For this reason, grapes are harvested early in the morning, from 3 am 'til 11, ensuring no freshness is lost in the heat of the midday sun. These lovely fresh fruit flavours are the essence of Domaine Horgelus.
