This is a wonderful single vineyard Gavi which shows off a more serious and complex side to the zingy Cortese grape variety. Produced solely from the very best fruit grown in Marco Bergaglios 'Fornaci' vineyard, this is like a premier cru of Gavi. The palate shows vibrant green apple and citrus fruit flavours along with some apricot hints. These fruit tones sit beautifully within a slightly creamy mounthfeel on the palate which is long and finishes with an edge of minerality.
