Schioppettino is an indigenous, dark-skinned grape native to Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Schioppettino is peppery, medium-bodied and earthy. There are very few producers of Schioppettino in the region - it cannot be mass-produced so takes patience and passion to grow. Outside of Italy, it's almost entirely unknown, which is what makes it so special in ur portfolio.
